Biography:

Professor Adelman, who has appeared recently on both Fox News and the Dennis Prager Show, is a frequent and popular speaker on Israel. He has spoken for AIPAC from San Francisco and Seattle to Houston, Dallas and New York and has given talks for Campus AIPAC at Stanford, UCLA, UCSD, the University of Virginia, the University of Texas and Indiana University. He has lectured frequently for several other national Jewish organizations.

A full professor in the Graduate School of International Studies in the University of Denver, Professor Adelman served as the doctoral dissertation adviser to National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice. He is a Senior Fellow at the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies in Washington. Since receiving his PhD from Columbia University in 1976, Professor Adelman has written or edited 10 books on international affairs, is currently finishing Global Threats with an extensive focus on the Middle East.

The US State Department has sent Professor Adelman on 14 international speaking tours to a dozen countries, including England, Germany, Spain, Russia, China, India and Japan. He has taught at Columbia University, the Russian Diplomatic Academy, Central European University and Chinese People's University. An Honorary Professor at Peking University and People's University in China, he has also spoken at Cambridge University, Harvard University and the Air War College.

Professor Adelman has taught at both Hebrew University and the University of Haifa. He has lectured recently at the Israeli Foreign Ministry and spoken at an international Middle Eastern conference in Barcelona. Professor Adelman, who sits on the Colorado AIPAC Council, has taught an eight week PLI course on Israel for young leaders in Colorado.
